Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Shlinkly does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data with the developer or with any third party.

Shlinkly is an app for connecting to self-hosted Shlink URL shortener servers that you run and control. This page explains, in plain terms, how the app handles information.

No data collection

The developer of Shlinkly receives no data about you or how you use the app. Shlinkly contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

What the app keeps on your device

To work, Shlinkly stores a small amount of information locally on your device:

Your links and statistics

All of your short links and their visit statistics live on the Shlink server or servers that you set up and control. Shlinkly only reads and writes this data to your own server, using the connection details you provide. The developer has no access to it.

Network connections

Shlinkly communicates only with the Shlink server or servers you add. It makes no other network connections.

Open source

Shlinkly is free and open source, released under the MIT license. You are welcome to use, inspect, and build on it. Because the code is open, you can confirm for yourself exactly how the app handles your data — the full source is available on GitHub.

Children

Shlinkly is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
